A drainage basin fail,
a train derails
Accident investigators built a computer model to reconstruct how water flowed in and around the two sets of tracks on June 19, 2009, the night a Canadian National train derailed, causing 13 ethanol tankers to burn and killing one person. The derailment occurred at 8:36 p.m. Here's what happened between the 6:54 and 8:17 p.m.
